Terms and conditions

1. Applicability

These terms apply to all quotes, assignments and agreements between Huyslabels and the client relating to drawing up an energy label for existing homes (built up to and including 2020).

2. Offer and quote

After your request you will receive a no-obligation quote with a fixed price for your type of home. The quote is based on the details you provided; if the situation on site differs from this, the price may be adjusted in consultation.

3. Carrying out the assignment

• After approving the quote you will receive an order confirmation and we will schedule the inspection, usually within a week
• Prior to the inspection you will receive a checklist of what you need to provide or have ready
• If the conditions in the checklist are not met, the inspection may not be able to proceed or may be delayed
• You will usually receive the final, registered energy label within a week after the inspection

4. Changing or cancelling the appointment

Would you like to reschedule or cancel the inspection appointment? Please contact us as soon as possible, preferably at least 48 hours in advance.

5. Prices and payment

Huyslabels operates under the Dutch small business scheme (KOR) and therefore does not charge VAT. All prices stated are final amounts, unless otherwise indicated. Payment is made in the manner stated on the quote or invoice.

6. Liability

Huyslabels carries out the inspection and registration carefully and in accordance with the applicable RVO guidelines. Any liability of Huyslabels is limited to the amount of the relevant assignment, unless there is intent or gross negligence.

8. Applicable law
